I'm discovering hidden talents of my lovely wife. I told her I had no idea she was an experienced fisherman, and she replied, "I hooked you, didn't I?"

Impersonating a puffer fish? Now that is talent.

Kickoff---Bearcats vs. Wildcats

As you all know, tonight is the huge opening game for Division II football. Northwest Missouri State travels to face Abilene Christian. The game will be televised nationally, so we're having a party!

With apologies to the late Bob Marek (a Bearcat alum), I'm going with ACU...for obvious reasons. Here is Mike Jones (#73), a transfer from Valley College (and Northridge 3rd Ward), who will be seen at nose guard for the Wildcats. From the sports department at ACU: "Manning the middle of the defensive line will be transfer Mike Jones and Marvin Jones, who will rotate in and out. Both have good size, which should serve the Wildcats well against the run."
